Our classic basic white sourdough sandwich loaf made with the nutrient dense ancient grain: spelt! This grain is not only loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrients but also is lower in gluten than any modern types of wheat.

Ingredients: organic all-purpose spelt flour, water, olive oil or avocado oil, organic pink Himalayan sea salt, levain (organic all-purpose wheat flour, water), organic maple sugar.
