Our basic white sourdough sandwich loaf is ANYTHING but basic. Featuring a soft texture and delightful flavour, this white loaf of bread is a delight to eat plain, with butter, as toast, and also compliments any topping you can imagine to put on it!
It is sturdy enough to be made into whatever type of sandwich you are craving that day, will ensure you never want a grilled cheese made with anything but sourdough but still has an amazing soft texture.
Make sure to order two of this one as you will not want to be without once the first loaf is all gone!
Ingredients: flour*, water, olive oil or avocado oil*, salt, levain (flour*, water), maple sugar*.

We have it every day with breakfast toasted or to make a sandwich at lunch. It holds together well and perfect for a sandwich and healthy of course.
This is the best bread I have ever tasted. I no longer buy any bread from the grocery store. My kids love it as well. I also love that I am supporting a local business in the community.
