Gain the confidence and skills needed to make sourdough sandwich bread and Belgian waffles in the comfort of your own home. Join us for this 2.5 hour-long class which will be taught by the owner of THE Sourdough Co.
Our experienced instructor will provide recipes and demos of both bread and waffles plus you can taste-test them! Enjoy Kombucha and an elixir, as well as a raw vegan treat from Simply Raw Food. Make sure to reserve your spot!
Class cost: $50.00 per person for starter in a disposable plastic container or $53.00 per person for starter in a glass jar

The class was very informative! Well done.
I have tried to make sourdough bread in the past but was never successful. Gina provided useful tips/tricks and strategies to use when making sourdough recipes. Getting to see the process for her recipes demonstrated step-by-step was very useful and helped me to feel confident enough to try them out on my own. I liked getting to sample the recipes in class as well! It was an enjoyable and information packed class.
Thank you Gina for imparting all the tips and tricks you have learned . So much to take in ,in such a short time. It was a totally enjoyable evening. My family thanks you too, as they enjoy the sourdough bread.
